Slap The AI | Euro Truck Simulator 2

Sometimes when you’re playing Euro Truck Simulator 2, you just wanna get out your truck and kick AI ass.

I have been playing Euro Truck Simulator 2 quite a lot over this past week, and even opened up my morning with a solid 2 hour session. Despite the core of the game being driving from A to B, I really enjoy it.

Obviously, there is a bit more to the game. You generate money from doing deliveries across Europe. This allows you to upgrade and customize your truck, hire other drives, and build your own freight company.

This is probably going to be one of many articles about my experiences with this game as I continue to expand Trucker, Ltd.

When you first start the game, you quickly come to the conclusion that this game is set in some sort of parallel universe where everyone can drive perfectly. There are no drunk drivers who swerve from side to side. There are no joyriders who dangerously dart between lanes. There are no idiots, unless you are on multiplayer, that forget which side of the road to drive on.

After a while, you begin to tweet stuff like this:

This is what happens when you are fed up of AI doing stupid stuff like crashing into the side of your vehicle as you go past their turn on a roundabout, and you getting the fine of £320. Even better, I even had the AI trying to change lane too quickly and crashing into my cargo (picture below).

ETS2 Crash

If this is what I am like with AI that are nearly perfect, I dread to get behind a real wheel and have to deal with pedestrians running across the road, drunk drivers, stupid drivers, and those who drive fast to impress their friends or partners. If you do that, you are a bitch, and I will slap you.
